Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin ordered to not to obey to the WTO rules until Russian will not became a member of the organization. Putin said in conversation with Andrei Klepach, Economic Development Minister.
Klepach asked for anti damping measures against China as a not reliable trade prater. "We have free hands until we are not in the organization. We have to fulfill our own obligations and no facilitations should be expected from the fact of membership, "- Putin said.
He as well strongly underlined that the trade market "costs money, but we are giving it for free!"
