Russian Foreign Ministry published a special statement in connection with the fact of  not allowing of Russian experts to Georgia. The declaration reads that Georgian state finally proved its willingness to break any contacts with Russian Federation.
The Office of S. Lavrov expressed its regret because of the "actions of Georgian government" and declared that these two countries should not cease the humanitarian aid programs.
"This step of the official Tbilisi proves once again the panic fright before the openness and impartial polemics about the Russian question. This is a very dangerous signs, as the connections of the science elite representatives between two countries are totally blocked, "- the statement reads.
