The Tbilisi City Court will start to hear today at 11:00, the case against Sandro Bregadze, representative of political party ‘Freedom', the new agency GHN was informed from defense lawyer Dali Imnaishvil.
He was detained in aggravated circumstances with allegation in headroom, punished under the GCC article 239 part 3. This crime stipulates imprisonment for 2-7 years.
Bregadze does not admit the crime. The position of Procurator's Office concerning his demand on process agreement is unknown yet.
