France discusses a suspension of Shengen agreement. This became necessary after Tunisian and Libyan refugees rushed to the country.
In France a large Tunisian Diaspora is, over Italy there are now 22 thousand Tunisian refugees.
Last week train staffed with Tunisian refugees from Italy attempted to enter France that caused strained relations between countries. Later on the Human Rights organizations regulated the question for opening borders with Italy. According to Shengen agreement a country can impose restrictions for crossing a border only for 30 days, in case of existing danger in the country
