Christian-Democrats demand the payment for Girgvliani imposed by the ECtHR as a just satisfaction to be paid not from the government Budget but from own pockets of guilty persons. Levan Vepkhvadze, member of Christian Democrats vice-Spokesperson said in estimation of a verdict of the Strasbourg Court that the decision was right and expected one.
"The Court gave an adequate estimation to all process and the decision was the natural one. But what about the sanction for payment of just satisfaction and all Court expenses, amounted to 50 thousand EUR this should be paid from own pockets of guilty persons - murders, Procurators, Judges and so on, " - Vepkhvadze said.
