‘If NATO will cease the fire the Libyan people will decided its own problems, "- Gaddafi declared this over the governmental TV channel. He promised to stop using force against rioters in case if all parties will do the same, "- he said and noted he is not about to flee the country or resign. His address over the TV channel was an hour-long.
