Romanian Press informs that Barak Obama and Dmitri Medvediev , President of Russian Federation reached an agreement according to which Russian Forces will be withdrawn from the Denser and it will join Moldova, as well they agreed for the affiliation of this republic to EU.
Moldova Press informed the last visit of Acting President of Moldova Republic Marian Lupus to Bucharest concerned with a regulation of Dniester problem.

The Romanian edition Ziua veche informs that during the negotiations Obama and Medvediev accented an unofficial plan of negotiations. Experts say that the plan was about demilitarization of Dniester, its reintegration to Moldova and speedy "Europeanization" of the united Moldova Republic. After the accomplishment of the meeting with Romanian President Marian Lupu made a very optimistic comment in this respect.

The subject of conflict regulation was discussed and "as a result of negotiations I came to the conclusion that the Problem of Dniester may be decided, as at the basis of the conflict lays only an ideological conflict, "- the Acting President said.
