John Baas, USA envoy to Georgia responded to the radical declarations of Georgian Party in address of USA government and USA embassy in Georgia.
He said the mere fact of a protest action in front of the USA embassy is an indication of the democracy level in Georgia.

"The freedom of Speech and the freedom of manifestations are two cornerstones of the democratic society. We respect these freedoms, regardless of our attitude to the expressed aims and planned actions, "- envoy said.
He noted that similar actions were frequent in front of the embassy, and this one as well will not be the last.

For information, the oppositional Georgian Party declared the Georgian state poisoned from USA and USA embassy. The opposition party intends to hold a protest action on May 16 on this matter in front of the USA embassy.
