Maia Razmadze, 50, was found dead in her house at Alazani Avenue in Telavi, administrative capital of Georgia's eastern region of Kakheti.
Neighbors claimed that they had not seen woman for more than one month. Razmadze lived alone and the police found her corpse on the floor wrapped in a blanket.
The Kakheti Regional Police will determine exact causes of Razmadze's death.
