Sergey Shamba, so-called Foreign Minister of Abkhazia declared that the mere fact of establishment of diplomatic relations denotes the recognition of independence.
"There are different forms of recognition of independence - and most common is the establishment of diplomatic relations. As well the mutual declaration of independence may occur. This act, denotes the recognition of our republic, " - Shamba said.
We remind you that today in Sokhumi the agreement about diplomatic relations was signed between Nauru delegation and Abkhazia.
We remind you that Nauru is a smallest country in the Pacific Ocean.
