After the death of Bagabsh which happens today in the hospital in Moscow, at least 3 candidates are pretending for the post of a President, Alexei Vlasov, Director General of the Informational Analytic Institute investigating the post soviet area said.
"For the Russian Federation this is a serious problem, because of the unstable situation in the nearby Gerogia the snap elections of new president may bring provocations from Georgian side. This may cause serious headaches as in Sukhumi as well in Moscow, "- Vlasov said.
He noted at least three evident candidates for the post of presidency are already known since the 2010 when the health condition of Bagapsh getting worse. One of them is Sergey Shamba, Prime Mister since 2010. He has good relations with Turkey and well accepted in the West, not in terms of recognition of independence of the country but in the view of more or less acceptability of this person. Another candidate may be Alexander Anquab, Vice President. Third one is Raul Khadjinba, he has fewer chances for the post, Vlasov said.
