Levan Gachechiladze and Koka Guntsadze made a statement explaining its decision for quitting the party.

"We believe that the faigh against the existing regime is possible only through the full consolidation of all political forces. The unity and the aspiration is the only way to overcoming the current troubles with this regime. Taking this into consideration it is inadmissible to make mutual accusations and assault. We are against the direction taken by the Georgian Party which is contrary to the unity of political forces. This why we took a decision to act independently . Only the total consolidation is a guaranty for achieving our aim. We will continue to fight according to our believe and in the interests of our country, " - the statement reads.
