Giga Bokeria, Deputy Foreign Minister in response to the declaration of Russian President Dmitry Medvediev, said that the declarations of Medvediev cannot be estimated as a breakthrough in the Georgian-Russian relations. He believes that the fundamental problem of the Russian Federation is a fight against the statehood of Georgia.
