Richard Morningstar, Special Envoy of the USA Secretary of State for Eurasian Energy said the Russian Federation manipulates with energy resources question and has Europe in hostage. He said this on the sitting of the USA Congress House of Representatives before the experts invited to the sitting.
He underlined that Russia has occupied Georgian Republic at cost of relationships with the countries which are concerned about the occupation of Georgia. We have to keep a strong position towards Russian Federation and to continue our way in this respect.
The main theme of the gathering was an energy security in Europe. The second half of the meeting was dedicated to the regional security questions.
