Lasha Chkhartishvili, who was detained on June 5 in attempt to hold a protest action was sentenced to 10 days of administrative imprisonment by the City Court. He makes a statement today.

The statement is delivered to the GHN over his defense lawyer Qeti Beqauri,

"On June5 I wished to express my protest once again for the bloody and violent dispersion of the protest action on May 26 by Merabishvili-Saakashvili tandem. And as well against the killing of innocent people on this protest action.

I choose to pay my civil obligation before the country at a time when Saakashvili was busy with his PR action, which costs many tens of millions. I talk about the Saakashvili's attempt to present the loosed war in a light of won. And about the movie presentation 5 days of August funded by the money of Nakhopia, Temur Alasania and Generalov. To the point,  Putin's most admired actress Sharon Stone was invited here.

Unfortunately I was deprived the possibility to express my fair and legitimate protest, I was immediately detained by MIA's employees dressed in civil. Only in the Court room I get it that was incriminated for the words: "Down Saakashvili's bloody dictatorship!". And that these words are unquotable. In the future I will be aware that the word Saakashvilil is unquotable."
