The Tbilisi City Court sentenced Lasha Chkhartishvili for 10 days administrative imprisonment.
Qeti Beqauri, defense lawyer of Chkhartishvili said he was prosecuted under the Georgian Criminal Code Article 166 and Article 173 disobedience to Police. The appellation is possible during 48 hours period. She was unsatisfied with the decision as the Court, she said did not take into consideration proofs, evidences of witnesses and delivered unfair decision.
