The Georgian foreign ministry informs that the Vanuatu did not recognize the independence of Abkhazia. Nino Klandzdze informed about this today during the traditional briefing.
"According to our information the Vanuatu government never said that intended to recognize the occupied territory of Georgian Republic. This is not planned in the future as well,"- she said.
For information, the notion about the recognition of Abkhazian republic by next one country was disseminated by the so-called MFA of secessionist Abkhazia.
