After  tragic events of May 26, the illegitimate detention of protesters on the ground of political inclination continues.

The detentions mainly is performed allegedly under the Articles of GCC which stipulate the resistance to the police, illegal bearing of arms and drug abuse.

Such events are quite frequent, and the Court does not plays a decisive role in the delivering of judgments.

We wish the public to pay attention to the facts that the detained persons are under the moral physical and psychological pressure. This is performed over the beating of the detained persons; groundlessly putting them in to the isolated cameras, hindering to the meetings with defence lawyers.
We call al international organizations to study the cases of groundlessly detained persons and to carry out an appropriate actions.
