The situation in area of human rights violations is alarming. The facts of torture, abduction, restriction of civil rights, politically biased arrests of citizens and other violations are very frequent, the Russian foreign Ministry informs, GHN reports.
"The declarations of Georgian delegation about its adherence to the human rights values are in contrast with the real facts when at the Center of the capital Police violently beat peaceful demonstrates, " - the declaration of Foreign Ministry reads.
