Not allowed the conduction of a protest action in 20 meters distance from some governmental buildings. The legislation about the "Manifestations and public gatherings" will be amended with this respect again.
This decision was found unconstitutional and was abolished some time ago, nevertheless the amendments were made again and prohibition touches such buildings as are: Constitutional Court, Court of general purpose, Procurator's Office, Police, prisons, legislative bodies, airports, railway stations, marine ports.
At the same time new regulation will enter into force when the blocking of highways will be prohibited during the manifestation.
