The problems are between Ombudsman's Office and Parliament. Girogi Tughushi, Public Defender said this before the plenary sitting of the Parliament to journalists.
"The Parliament does not take into consideration recommendations of Public Defender this causes pleadings in the Constitutional Court, as it was already with the law on "Manifestations and Public gatherings", "- Tughushi said.
He underlined that none of the recommendations concerning the GCC (Georgian Criminal Code) and other legislative norms were taken into consideration by Parliament.
