Russia considers entering WTO till the end this year, but will not pay too much for this, RF President Dmitri Medvedev said, GHN reports.
"...We will fail without the open economics. And it will be very painful. So we have to lower the barriers for foreign investments and we are considering the process of entering to WTO should be accomplished. Then we have to enter to another organization. What about the WTO I think the work under it will be accomplished this year, if the political gambles will not hinder again, "- Medvediev said at the Petersburg economic forum, RIA Novosti informs.
He said Russia is ready for entering to WTO more than other countries, small and big. But "we are paying too much for entering this organization and they are forcing us to make too many concessions. Such approach is not acceptable and Russian Federation never agrees for disadvantageous decision."
