During its Presidency in EU Poland will uphold Georgia, - head of the Polish Sajm, Grzegorz Schetyna said to Davit Bakradze, Parliamentary Chair.
"Our mutual wish was to meet, before Poland will be appointed as a EU chair country. We assure that Poland will uphold interests of Georgian Republic while being at the post, "- head of the Polish Sajm said.
"In September two meetings are planned. One with EU Foreign Ministers and at the end of the month with Western partnership presidents. At both meetings the position of Poland will be expressed openly in favor for Georgian Republic, "- he said.
