On June 21 the palaimentary sitting to perform a first reading of the Bill on "Manifestations and Public Gatherings".
For information the Constitutional Court imposed a rule to keep 20-meters distance from the governmental buildings entrance during the public gatherings. At the same time the Court found it unconstitutional to deprive a right for organizing of the public manifestations for non citizens and annulled the corresponding articles prohibiting this.
