Russian Federation makes an intentional escalation of situation at the border in occupied territory, for taking an advantage for increasing own military armament on this territory, Giorgi Targamadze said this at the parliamentary sitting commenting the decision of Russian Federation to increase the armed forces on occupied territory for 2013.

He as well recalled the event with detention of 10 Georgians for the illegal crossing of border in the disputable territory, and noted its fate is not known yet. At the same time declarations concerning holding of Olympics are linked to the necessity to close all borders with Georgia.

MP said the Georgian government should take all necessary precautions in this respect and to inform about this the international community.
