GHN was informed except of one died soldier in Afghanistan several Georgian were severely injured. They are hospitalized according to the unofficial information its health condition is too hard. They undergo amputation of limbs.

For information, the private Gia Goguadze killed while performing his peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan. Pvt. Gia Goguadze from the III Infantry Brigade was serving in NATO-led ISAF mission in the province of Helmand.
The Georgian military serviceman was injured during the attack of the insurgents. He was hospitalized though the medics could not save his life due to seriousness of injuries. Pvt. Goguadze had been serving in the Georgian Armed Forces since 2010. The family will receive the social assistance defined by the Georgian legislation. The Georgian Defense Ministry does its best to transfer the body of the deceased soldier to Georgia in the shortest time possible.
