Levan Samushia, defense lawyer of Badri Bitsadze said on the court trial June 20 the rights of his defendant were violated. The Procurator's Office appointed a defense lawyer for Bitsadze.
He underlined the appointed defense lawyer did not did not considered any suggestion of Bitsadze and factually was at the side of Procurator's Office.
Defense lawyer strongly noted that the case against Badri Bitsadze is groundless and has no real facts against him.
Bitsadze is accused in organized resistance to police, this crime is punishable for 4-7 years of imprisonment.
