The fact of presenting by the President of candidates for the post of CEC chairman is a "first step towards the falsification of elections" - Kakha Kukava, one of the leaders of Conservative party said to the news agency GHN.
"Candidates are close to the ruling party, and they (Zurab Kharatishvili and Otar Sichinava) never were familiar with the elections. Following this circumstances we will not take part in elections of the CEC chairman,"- Kukava said.
He said that the local self governance elections will be held in spring this year, and the parties - initiators of the primary will make every effort to force President to recognize real results of the elections.
