"Most part of the Belarusian MPs upheld the territorial integrity of Georgia and the sovereignty of our country. The Georgian people will never forget this, " - Saakashvili said during his meeting today in Batumi with Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobiakov.
At the same time President talked about the bilateral relations with Belarus, and suggested to Belarusians to make use of the touristic potential of Georgia.
" We are expecting a big inflow of Belarusian tourists in summer. I would like to make stronger our relations and to invite more Belarusians to Georgia, " - Saakashvili addressed to Belarusian PM. The deepening of agriculture sector was discussed during the meeting.
‘We highly value the wisdom of Belarusian government in connection with Georgia. We are facing big challenges and I am glad that Belarusian government deals successfully with this challenges. When being in the deepest troubles Belarusian government did not hindered to the export of Georgian goods to the own country. Now we have to develop the cooperation in area of citruses and agriculture. We are signing some agreements in this area, " - Saakashvili said.
