The New Rights quit the Political Eight (union of Eight political parties working under the elections code). Mamuka Katsitadze, representative of New Rights said the Political Eight already exhausted its function.
"The government made it clear what steps it will take for improvement of elections environment tree days ago and additionally yesterday. No more suggestions will be made in addition and no further negotiations will be conducted with the Political Eight. This mean the Political Eight accomplished its task, " - Katsitadze said.
He underlined that no common agreement was reached between political parties in connection with the improvement of elections environment. From now on the New Rights will continue to work with government individually on this question of elections environment improvement.
