The journal "Foreign Policy" and civil organization Fund Miriam drafted a list of incapable countries. Georgia in this list of countries has 47-th place. Earlier the country was on the 33 place. In one year Georgia succeeded most of all other countries.
First ten countries in the list are Afghanistan (7-th place), Iraq (9-th place). Among them - Somali, Chad, Sudan, Congo democratic republic, Haiti, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic and Cote d'Ivore.
Ireland is on 171-th place, Portugal on 163-th, Greece on 143-th. The better indication has Finland, Norway and Sweden - 177, 176 and 175 respectively.
Russia has taken 82 place in this list. Last year it was on 80-th place. China is on 72-nd place, Ukraine on 110-th place, USaA on 158-th.
