USA, NATO and Russia cannot agree on antirocket systems dislocation. Dmitri Rogozin, Permanent representative of Russian Federation in NATO declared this.

"The negotiations are deadlocked "thanks" to USA, because for Russian Federation the best guaranty for the security would be a total absence of defensive antirocket system. Nevertheless we cannot reach this goal, "- Rogozin, Permanent representative to NATO said.

He said now the antirocket system is somehow a pray which constantly is heard from every USA politician and diplomat, regardless of political party or hierarchy. This is like Marxism-Leninism was in Stalin's époque for communists. It is useless to reassure them in this point.
