The question of Constitutional amendments for transferring of the Parliament's building to Kutaisi was passed with breach of regalement. According to the regalement the Constitutional amendments require 100 votes, however at the voting time at the sitting only 86 MPs were present.
Eventually the registration passed 106 MPs. The transfer of the Parliament was upheld by 103 MPs against 1.
According to the decision the Parliament will be situated now in Kutaisi.
To be noted parliamentary opposition demanded to discuss the question of Parliament's transferring to Kutaisi over the referendum.
