The Russian Foreign Minster Sergey Lavrov said the NATO-Russia negotiations on the atirocket dislocation are pinging slowly and with difficulties. Lavrov declared this today in Sochi at the NATO-Russia Council sitting. Russian President and NATO Secretary General are present at the meeting.
"Problems still are - one of them is defensive systems, "- Lavrov said.
