Russia calls the NATO member countries to refuse the "mutual restrain" and to move to the regulation of the problems in security area.
The declaration the Russian Foreign Minister made in Sochi at the NATO-Russia Council sitting.
"Today we have a possibility to strengthen our mutual and true strategic partnership, which will open the way for the cooperation with NATO member countries. We have to revise our mutual potential and t to direct them to the regulation of problems in out security area," - Lavrov said.
