As far we have no peaceful agreement with Russian Federation, in technical terms we are in a war situation with Russian Federation, Georgian Foreign Minister said in his interview with Russian radio "Moscow's echo" when answering the question what relations presently have Russia and Georgia.
"What happens after the 2008 as a result f the Russian military aggression this is a total misunderstanding. In terms of the territorial status, the cease-fire agreement, the occupied territories status there is a total chaos and disorientation in the Russian-Georgian relations, "- Washadze said.
From our government there is an unconditional readiness to conduct negotiations with Russian Federation at any time and at any place to start a normal dialogue at least. Form the other side there is a declaration of Russian Federation government that they never conduct negotiations with these representatives of this Georgian government.
Foreign Minister said that he does not sees any perspective taking into consideration all this.
