For information, today lawenforcers detained 5 photographers - Gia Abdaladze (Foreign Minsitry's photographer), Shakh Aivazov (Associated Press photo reporter), Zurab Kurtsikidze (photographer of Press Photo Europe), private photographer of Georgian President Irakli Gedenidze and his wife Natia Gedenidze.
According to MIA detained persons are alleged under the GCC art 314.
This crime stipulates keeping of secret materials concerning Georgian government, for the purpose of its passing to the foreign countries organizations of representations. And the conduction of the surveillance against interests of Georgian state. Such crime is punishable for the 8-12years of imprisonment.
