Zviad Qoridze, expert in media said the public and political forces should express its opinion in connection with the detention of photo reporters as soon as possible. Qoridze said this at the presentation "For Free elections" conducted by the "Opposition Six".
"Before we have had spies in the public services, in academic circles, now we have them in media as well, this is a very dangerous tendency, "- Qoridze said.
He said it is very important to express own position in this connection as soon as possible.
For information, MIA detained 4 photo reporters with allegation in espionage against Georgian state. Among them private photo reporter of Georgian President. They are: Gia Abdaladze (Foreign Minsitry's photographer), Shakh Aivazov (Associated Press photo reporter), Zurab Kurtsikidze (photographer of Press Photo Europe), private photographer of Georgian President Irakli Gedenidze and his wife Natia Gedenidze.
