Today the Tbilisi Court to impose the order of protection against Irakli Gedenidze, Zurab Quetsikidze and Giorgi Abdaladze.
The detained persons are incriminated under the GCC Article 314 - espionage.
For information, they are alleged in providing with the sensitive information one of the foreign country. Four reporters were detained by the MIA's counter intelligence service. The case was under security classification. The secrecy of the case dos not allows providing with information about details of the case.
Last night law enforcers released Natia Gedenidze. The crime incriminated against reporters stipulates 8-12 years of imprisonment.
