In connection with the case against photo reporter Giorgi Abdadladze, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs declares that he was an employee of the MFA since 2009 and is a public person as far has access to some sensitive information in the ministry.
"I have no information, if Abdaladze is indeed in breach of some law. His case will be determined by a Court. Nevertheless I can say that any employee in our ministry has contacts with diplomats and diplomatic meetings, as well to all information that is keeping in our system, "- Nino Kalandadze, deputy foreign Minister said.
She underlined that alongside with his duties at the ministry he has no right for cooperating with another establishments, like Alia Holding for instance, or to resell those photo material which he owned as a coerce of his professional activity.
