Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received today Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri, who is in Yerevan to participate in the session of the Armenian-Georgian inter-governmental commission.
Presidential press service told Armenpress that greeting the visit of the Georgian prime minister, the president said that Armenia considers Georgia a friendly country and is ready to boost cooperation more.
The president was interested in the work of the bilateral inter-governmental commission. Noting that the session passed effectively, the Georgian prime minister said that many issues have been discussed connected with infrastructures, cultural, social, and other issues. He also said that the next session will be conducted in Georgia.
Agreeing that the Armenian-Georgian relations have always involved wide range of issues of mutual interest, the sides referred to the issues of the agenda.
The president of the country and Georgian prime minister exchanged thoughts over the economic situation in the two countries, carried out anti-crisis events. The interlocutors also referred to the regional issues
