Eka Beselia, defence lawyer of Giorgi Abdaladze demands to reexamine the rightness of the confession made by her defendant.
Beselia said, it is necessary to determine several facts among them, if Abdaladze was in Tskhinvali in 2002 or not, and indeed was he detained there. The rechecking of these facts will help in determination of the truth.
According to the confession made by Abdaladze he said that he was forced to work for the Russian special services when he was detained in Tskhinvali.
