To be more precise, the central government suggests to secessionists the employment opportunities and finding the ways for the employment of the population living behind the "separation lines".
According to the document, the Georgian government as well suggests to them the infrastructure rehabilitation. One of aims of this strategy is a restoration of the traffic between separated regions.
