The professional dignity in each similar case is appraised by the steps made and to the adherence of defense lawyer's principles. We have no right to be participants of illegal settlement and to support the criminal system strengthening. All settlements are illegal, when we know that the detained persons are forced to admit crime which they did not committed. This is a case when they have no possibility to express free will. Ad to sign such settlement is a criminal action. If in our country no defense lawyer will sign such agreement, we will stop the criminal series of detentions committed by government, "- Beselia said.

She believes that if defense lawyers will show to the government that no one lawyer with sense of dignity will agree to sign the settlement, a justice will be restored in our country.
