I cannot fulfill the demand of my defendant to not to tell the truth, - Beselia said in her statement concerning detained photo reporters.
"I have seen many troubles during my hard profession duties, but never was the case so dramatic. This is a corner stone for the public. The public will face one more exam are they ready to fight for the truth or not. The public has a right to know the truth, to know what happens in that corrupted Penitential system. They committed unrecoverable mistakes one following other and we are seeing for the last several days how we are strong when standing together with fairness and brains against them. And how they are stronger than we are in terms of power. We have seen the terrible picture of photo reporter strong spirit who was ready to sacrifice himself for his profession for fairness and truth and how the government broke this spirit in several days with his powerful machinery and criminal methods. Now I believe that we have no ways back. And I will not fulfill the demand of my defendant not to tell truth, "- Beselia said.
She said it is not pardonable to be indifferent to the cruel system development in our country which destroys everything what is valuable.
If I will not talk about these injustices I will became a part of this criminal regime. And that same will be with defense lawyers who signed settlement agreement.
