During the press conference after the 9-th round of Geneva negotiations, head of the Russian delegation - Giorgi Karasin, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister declared that the discussion was very dynamic and all parties are interested in its continuation.
"Geneva negotiations are promoting the peace and stability in the Caucasus region, but the problems still are unresolved. Parties did not trust each other. Some are trying to influence the negotiations for own desirable ends. Such actions are affecting badly the process of negotiations. Presently S. Ossetians and Abkhazians are our allays and are under our defense from the Georgian aggression, " - Karasin said. He said as well that Russia upholds the diplomatic relations in such situation and for the resolution of it . "We are demanding the equality for all post soviet republics, " - Karasin said.
