The Procurator's Office General applied with mediation to the Tbilisi City Court to release on demand detained photo reporters and to approve the settlements with defense lawyers of detained persons.
According the settlement the Procurator's Office demands to consider all four photo reporters guilty under the Article 314 part one and to deliver a sentence without actual court hearing.
The settlement stipulates for Zurab Qurtsikidze 3 years on probation, for Irakli Gedenidze and Giorgi Abdaladze 4 years on probaiton, and for Natia Gedenidze 1,6 years on probation.
