The detained photo reporters maight be released from the court room. News agency GHN was informed about this from Mikheil Ghonghadze, defence lawyer of Zurab Qurtsikidze.
He noted that the Tbilisi City Court will start hearing of the case at 16:00. Alleged photo reporters will attend the trial personally.
"Most likely detained pesons will be released frm the Court room, however the decision is up to the Court, " - defence lawyer said.
For inforamtion, the Procurator's Office General applied with mediation to the Tbilisi City Court to release on demand detained photo reporters and to approve the settlements with defense lawyers of detained persons.
According the settlement the Procurator's Office demands to consider all four photo reporters guilty under the Article 314 part one and to deliver a sentence without actual court hearing.
The settlement stipulates for Zurab Qurtsikidze 3 years on probation, forIrakli Gedenidze and Giorgi Abdaladze 4 years on probaiton, and for Natia Gedenidze 1,6 years on probation.
