Gia khukhashvili, expert said that with respect of photo reporter's case media was fighting very hard. The defense lawyers' corpus showed its high morality and civil position alongside with the professionalism.
"The end of this case might not be considered as an ideal one - the confessions are the stain in this case. (It is not persuading for the public that the photo reporters were guilty and public believe that no crime was ever committed). Nevertheless this happening should be considered as an unprecedented victory of the Georgian society. The journalistic corpus was fighting very hard and defense lawyers were up to the mark, "- Gia Khukhashvili said.
At the same time Gia Khukhashvili said that the public generally was slightly indifferent, it showed that could not defend photo reporters morally.
"The first task was fulfilled - they are not behind jails. Unfortunately we could not defend them morally. However this is a best stage in the Georgian society's changes. No such results were achieved before by the Georgian society, " - Khukhashvili said.
