Photo reporters charged with espionage were released form Court room today. The court satisfied the mediation of the Procurator's Office General for the sentencing them with probation term, GHN reports.
The Court declared the punishment fixed in the settlement as fair and recognized them as guilty in the above mentioned crime.
To be noted, the photo reporters admitted the crime today at the court trial. They noted the settlement was signed with its own will. The court was interested with the fact of possible pressure over them and facts of torture. The accused persons denied this information.
They as well said that the legal assistant was provided for them in full. The final decision will be delivered by the Court in several days. Today the part of the sentence was delivered.
To be noted that according to the settlement the photographers are restricted from changing its place of residence. The sentence entered into force from the time of its announcement. The sentence might be appealed by the photographers in case if they will wish to breach the settlement conditions.
